As per the decision of the Saudi Ministry of Interior, Hayya Card holders who wish to perform Umrah can obtain a multi-entry visa to Saudi Arabia, valid for 60 days. The electronic visa can be obtained through the Unified National Visa Platform. Hayya Card holders will be permitted to enter the Kingdom 10 days before the start of the Word Cup, with pre-entry to the FIFA World Cup not required.
